Five Hearts exists to bring residents, businesses, nonprofits, faith communities and local leaders together to strengthen Loudoun County through thoughtful collaboration, practical action, and compassionate service.
We believe meaningful change begins by listening, understanding, and working together.
How we work

Listen first
Before proposing anything, we ask the people already doing the work what they need. Most of the answers are already in this county.
Connect what exists
Loudoun is not short of good organizations. It is short of the connections between them. We build those connections rather than duplicate the work.
Act practically
A directory that is accurate. A meeting that produces a next step. A volunteer day that fills a real gap. Small things, done properly.
